Cindra Banks - Relationship & Intimacy Coach

About Me

Hi, I'm Cindra!

If you'd told me in my twenties that I'd become a relationship coach, I probably would have laughed.

I've been married twice. Divorced twice. I've explored monogamy, open relationships and polyamory. I've navigated neurodiversity, addiction, heartbreak, healing, desire, communication, boundaries and more uncomfortable conversations than I can count.

None of it has been perfect.
And honestly...I'm grateful for that.

Because every relationship has taught me something I couldn't have learned from a textbook.

My first divorce sparked an obsession. I became fascinated by relationships, intimacy, desire, pleasure, communication and everything that makes love flourish...or fall apart.

I wasn't learning because I wanted to become a coach.

I was learning because I didn't want to repeat the same patterns again.

That curiosity eventually became a calling.

Coming from a wellness background, I saw the same thing over and over again. It wasn't nutrition, exercise or meditation that was keeping most people stuck.
It was their relationships.

The conversations they weren't having.

The boundaries they weren't setting.

The intimacy they'd lost.

The stress they were carrying.

The version of themselves they'd forgotten along the way.

I realised relationships weren't separate from wellbeing.

They were at the heart of it.

But there was another pattern I couldn’t ignore.

Again and again, I met women who thought something was wrong with them.

They’d lost their spark. Their confidence. Their desire. They’d become so busy looking after everyone else that they’d forgotten what they wanted, what they needed, and even who they were.

They didn’t need another list of relationship tips.

They needed permission.

Permission to take up space. To communicate honestly. To reconnect with their bodies. To explore pleasure without shame. To trust themselves again.

That’s when I realised something powerful.

When a woman reconnects with herself, every relationship in her life begins to change (including me!).

These days, my own relationship still stretches me in the best possible ways. My partner and I are both neurodivergent. We've moved countries, changed careers, nearly walked away from each other, and chosen, again and again, to keep growing instead.

That doesn't make me a perfect coach.

It makes me a real one.

I don't believe relationships need to be perfect.

I believe they should feel good to be in.

Whether I’m supporting a woman to reconnect with herself or helping a couple find their way back to each other, my goal is always the same.

To help create relationships that feel more honest, more connected, more pleasurable and more alive.

Because life’s too short for relationships that don’t feel good to be in.

My Philosophy

My goal: To help you create a relationship that feels connected, passionate and deeply fulfilling.

I don't believe relationships need to be perfect.

I believe they should feel good to be in.

That means creating relationships where you feel safe to be yourself, communicate honestly, navigate conflict with compassion, experience genuine intimacy, and feel desired, respected and deeply connected.

I also don’t believe there’s one “right” way to do relationships.

Whether you’re single, partnered, monogamous, polyamorous, dating, rebuilding after heartbreak, or rediscovering yourself after years of putting everyone else first, my role isn’t to tell you what your relationship should look like. It’s to help you create one that feels aligned with who you are.

For women, that often means reconnecting with themselves first. Their confidence. Their voice. Their desires. Their pleasure.

For couples, it means learning how to communicate differently, understand each other more deeply, and create a partnership where both people feel seen, supported and chosen.

My coaching blends practical tools, honest conversations, emotional intelligence, nervous system awareness, and just the right amount of woo.

Because when we reconnect with ourselves, we create healthier, happier relationships with the people we love.

And that's where real change begins.
